Cashiers NC and the Lake Glenville area have so many great hikes for anyone willing to lace up their shoes. There are great hikes to mountaintops with awesome views but also fairly level easy walks in the woods that provide streams and waterfalls along the way. Even just walking out the door of one of our Luxury Lakefront Cabins along Lake Glenville NC can provide a several mile walk in nature on a lovely wooded dirt road. Any hike outside in with nature is a gift to the body and soul and an opportunity to be, if only for a bit, on a road less traveled.

Silver Run Falls is a short hike into the woods that delivers a breath taking waterfall just minutes into the hike. Below are directions to the waterfall. Parking is just a few minutes from the Cashiers NC crossroads.
